📥 Add your transactions
Upload a CSV from your bank — go to your online banking, find 'Download Transactions' or 'Export', and select CSV format. Or add transactions manually in the '+ Add' tab. Either way works perfectly.

🏷 Auto-categorization
Transactions are automatically sorted into categories like Groceries, Rent, Transport, Entertainment, and more. You can correct any mis-categorized transactions by clicking the category tag. Categories tagged 'auto' were guessed — always worth a quick review.

📊 See your spending breakdown
The Overview tab shows your total income vs expenses, a line chart showing trends over time, and a breakdown of spending by category. You can see at a glance whether you're over or under budget in each area.

🎯 Set monthly budget targets
In the Budget tab, set a target for each spending category. Green means you're under budget. Red means you've gone over. Your actuals update automatically as you add transactions.
How to download your CSV by bank
RBC:Online Banking → Accounts → View Transactions → Download → CSV
TD:EasyWeb → Accounts → Download a statement → CSV
BMO:Online Banking → Accounts → select account → Download Transactions → CSV
Scotiabank:Online Banking → Account Details → Export Transactions → CSV
CIBC:Online Banking → Accounts → Transaction History → Download
Simplii:Online Banking → Account → Transaction History → Download CSV
